Delete Account

Delete your account in GroovePilot or request deletion by email.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete account.
  2. Verify your password and enter DELETE when prompted to confirm.

Before deleting your account, separately manage or cancel any store subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

Request deletion without opening the app

  1. Email support@groovepilot.app from the email address registered to your GroovePilot account.
  2. Use the subject GroovePilot Account Deletion Request.
  3. State that you want your GroovePilot account and associated data deleted.

Identity verification is required before processing your request. You may be asked for additional information to establish account ownership. If you cannot access your registered email address, explain this in your request so ownership verification can be addressed.

Do not send your password, payment-card details or password-reset links.

This opens your email app. You can also copy the address and subject into your email service.

What account deletion removes

After verifying account ownership and confirming your deletion request, GroovePilot support can carry out an administrator account-deletion procedure. A controlled test confirmed removal of a test authentication account and its populated profile, songs and setlist from the active service. Other account-linked records are handled according to the application’s deletion rules, but not every data category or deletion scenario has been individually tested. ProNotes attachment files are stored locally on your device and cannot be remotely erased by an administrator.

What may remain or need another step

Delete individual items or ask about other data

You can delete individual songs and setlists in GroovePilot. Removing a ProNotes reference may leave a local file; review device storage separately if you also want that file removed.

For a request about specific data or your separate website launch-update signup, describe that in your email. Read the Privacy Policy for more information.
